THE EIGHT, Inc., provides alternative outreach programs to empower underserved youth in becoming self-sufficient through community resources , life skills and creative entrepreneurship training throughout the Inland Empire, & Los Angeles Counties.

Our Objective

To empower minority youth, women and families living in underserved communities to become self-sufficient by employing their creativity, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit to develop new career paths and start up businesses.

We provide a network of support and create opportunities by using the arts and technology, as tools of empowerment, communication, cultural understanding, and entrepreneurship.

We also believe in the extraordinary power of the arts as a unifying language of communication and a vehicle of integration for organic learning and creative entrepreneurship.

THE EIGHT is recognized as Tax-Exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. THE EIGHT is also classified as a Public Charity under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code. THE EIGHT is organized and operates for the support and furtherance of THE EIGHT Programs, and other publicly supported organizations with similar purposes, which subscribe to the mission statement of THE EIGHT Programs. THE EIGHT, INC. processes all gifts to THE EIGHT Programs from estates and other non-cash gifts. Our federal tax ID number is 65-1272843.
