Future Entrepreneurs Networking Development (F.EN.D) Incubation Program
Our Empowerment Programs offer women immediate access and long-term solutions toward eliminating the
lack of basic needs which attributes to social, physical and emotional
stress AND POOR CHOICES ending with illiteracy, homelessness,
unemployment, imprisonment, recidivism, death and in due course,
angst-ridden and indigent communities. Our Goal : To break the vicious cycle of poverty and domestic abuse by transformingat-risk women and their families into holistic and
beneficial contributors, lending to thriving, healthy communities. Our combined empowerment programs and services teach essential life management skills, provide resources that will
assist and direct women toward furthering their education while on a
clear career path toward entrepreneurship, car ownership, home-ownership and a new life free of violence and shame.
F.E.N.D.
is established with building community ending poverty and obtaining
self-sufficiency as its priority. Through, vocation, technology, case
management, entrepreneurship, homeownership, micro-enterprise and Community Partnership (8PIN)
No one can do it all alone. That is why, at THE EIGHT, we appreciate the benefit of working with independent contractors, other groups and organizations to multiply the impact of our work.
These coalitions help us both to deliver more effective programs on the ground as well as address economic development and self-sufficiency issues with a variety of audiences here in southern California, the U.S. and beyond.
